Name: Add more details such as the Title, Middle name, Suffix and previous name to the patient profile of each patient. This has been implemented as per Meaningful use and HIPAA regulations.

Vaccine: Our newly added status field will help to record the current status of the prescribed vaccine. This has been implemented as per Meaningful use and HIPAA regulations.
