Introducing 75Health Patient ID Card- Elevating Patient Care
Managing patient records and maintaining clear communication during each visit can be difficult, right? We know that handling regular patients effectively is crucial for providing continuous care.
At 75Health, we focus not just on improving the experience for healthcare providers but also on making every patient visit simple, organized, and stress-free. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the Patient ID Card feature—a straightforward yet impactful feature designed to enhance both patient care and practice management.
Patient ID Card
The Patient ID Card is a personalized card for regular patients that provides a quick and efficient way to access patients’ medical history during clinic or hospital visits. This ID card contains essential information including Patient Photo, Name, Blood group, Contact details, Gender, and known Allergies that make your visits easier and more convenient.
Why is the Patient ID Card Important?
Quick Identification
No more long explanations or waiting for your medical records! With the Patient ID Card, hospitals, clinics, and doctors can quickly see your past visits, making the check-in process faster. Regular patients will feel more connected to their healthcare providers, as their medical history is always up-to-date.
Better Accuracy and Safety
With key patient information easily available on the card—including allergies and contact details—the risk of medical mistakes is reduced, improving patient safety and the quality of care.
QR Code Access
- For Your Organization
If your organization uses a 75Health plan, the card has a QR code that gives quick access to a patient’s health records. Just scan it, and you’re all set for the appointment, without dealing with paper records or old systems.
- Moving Patients Between Organizations
But what if a patient goes to a different clinic or healthcare provider?
This is where the Patient ID Card is really helpful. If another organization scans the QR code, a message will appear saying the patient isn’t in their system yet. The new organization can then add the patient by entering their KP ID (Key Patient ID). After that, the patient’s information is easily moved to the new organization’s system. This means patients don’t have to keep telling their health history to different providers, making it easier for them to switch between healthcare places.
Conclusion:
That’s how the patient ID card improves the patient experience by cutting down on paperwork, making sure records are correct, and allowing easy access to health history. It’s a simple tool that greatly helps in providing smooth and efficient care.
