What’s New?
We’re excited to announce major updates in this release of 75Health EHR, including the addition of eight new specialty modules, mobile compatibility across devices, and the introduction of a dedicated Patient Portal. These features are designed to empower both healthcare providers and patients, making healthcare more connected, accessible and efficient.
Newly Added Specialties
With this update, 75Health EHR now supports eight specialized modules in addition to the core platform:
- Urology
- Physiotherapy
- Gastroenterology
- ENT (Ear, Nose, Throat)
- Orthopedics
- Neurology
- Oncology
- Pulmonology
These modules give doctors access to focused tools, forms and workflows tailored to their practice.
To simplify documentation, each module comes with built-in templates and preloaded common medical issues. For example, in the ENT module, general complications are already available in a pop-up list, doctors can simply click to add them into the patient record, saving valuable time.
Built-In Templates
We’re excited to introduce ready-to-use templates for every specialty module. These templates are pre-configured with all the essential fields and structures, allowing doctors to quickly enter values without the need for extra setup.
Mobile Compatibility (Android, iOS & Tablets)
Healthcare should be accessible anytime, anywhere. That’s why we’ve rolled out full mobile compatibility with this release:
- Full Access – Doctors can view and edit everything in patient records.

Patient Portal Access
For the first time, patients can now securely access their own records through the 75Health Patient Portal.
Who Can Grant Access?
Patient access can be created by owners, doctors, standard users, or admins. Invitations are shared securely via email.
