Here’s a quick guide to help you get set up. All you need to do is the below steps!

To provide a seamless e-prescription experience, we’ve partnered with Change Healthcare (CHC), our trusted e-prescription provider, integrating their services directly into our 75Health EHR platform.

• HIPAA Consent: Since we will be sharing your details with a third party (CHC), you’ll first need to approve a HIPAA consent form, allowing us to securely share your information.

• Provide Mandatory Details: You will then be required to fill in essential information, such as your Hospital’s name, Doctor’s Name, DOB, SSN Number, DEA Number, NPI Number, Mobile Number, Fax Number, Tax ID, Address, and City, in the 75Health form.

• Verification by ID.me: You will need to register with ID.me and provide your mandatory details. ID.me, the national verification authority, will authenticate both hospital and user details to confirm your validity.

• CHC Reverification: Once ID.me confirms the details, CHC will perform a final verification and provide the credentials to confirm the user’s validity.

• E-Prescription Activation: Using these credentials, we at 75Health will integrate the e-prescription feature into your EHR platform, enabling you to streamline your prescribing process seamlessly.

For controlled substances, which are tightly controlled due to their risk, CHC will generate and share a PIN number.
