At 75Health, we are excited to introduce our Visit Module, designed to make tracking and accessing visit history smoother and more efficient than ever before.
How It Works
Visits aren’t automatically added to the visit list just because an appointment is booked. There are two ways for a patient to be listed under “Visits”:
- Via the Doctor’s Action:
- When a patient books an appointment, its status is initially set as Scheduled.
- Once the doctor accesses the appointment and selects Go to EHR to create a health record, the status changes to Visited. Only then does the patient appear on the visit list.
- Via Front Desk Interaction:
- After an appointment is booked and marked as Scheduled, the patient arrives at the hospital and informs the front desk.
- The front desk user can manually update the status to Visited, which adds the patient to the visit list.
What’s New?
Our new Visit Module allows you to access your visit history directly from the Calendar Icon with just a few simple clicks. Here’s how it works:
- Quick Access from the Homepage: Click on the Visits directly from your homepage.
- Navigate via the Menu: Select the Calendar option from the left-hand menu and click the visits at the top.
- Filter & Search: Use filters to search by date, time, doctor, or patient name for precise results.
Key Features of the New Visit Module
The new module displays comprehensive visit details at a glance, including:
- Date and Time of Visits
- Patient Name and UHID
- Doctor Name
- Visit Reason
Need more details? Simply click and hover over the particular visit to reveal the re-direct icon. Click on it to instantly access the corresponding Electronic Health Record (EHR).
These features make it easier to track your visits, ensuring all essential information is at your fingertips—saving you time and improving efficiency.
