A note from our CTO on Covid-19 and HIPAA
Dear User,
As the increase in Covid-19 around the world, WHO has reported that the situation has been unpredictable as a pandemic to the world. As the situation starts with a greater distraction and inconvenience towards every human being, the 75health team is really concerned about each and every one of our partners, customers and their community.
I wanted to personally reach out and share a few of the ways we are here to serve you, our customer, during this pandemic:
HIPAA Security
The 75health team has made it our highest priority to secure your data by following HIPAA guidelines to safeguard your data. We don’t just stop there, we go one level above to protect your data, we start from encrypting your data peer to peer and all the way to encrypted data sitting in a 24 hour surveillance warehouse. So that no one can access your data. Even our engineers who work at our office do not have access to your data.
Our Employees
We are also glad to inform you that we are concerned about our employees by providing the necessary needs to them during these pandemic situations so that we can deliver and support our users in a continuous manner. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we have made the decision to have employees perform their jobs remotely, from their home.
Rendering Service
In these situations, our team is also working 24*7 towards providing uninterrupted services to address the increase in demand. We are here for you, our customers, to provide greater support and to clear your doubts regarding the platform. Our help page is also available with a knowledge base and frequently asked questions for you to refer if required.
Finally, we also request our customers and our partners to cancel their non essential business travel and other meetings to stay safe. We look forward to providing our customers with the best support in this time of need and also the days to come.
Sincerely ,
Anish Kumaramanagalam,
C0-Founder & CTO
