Patient and Health Record Activities

Patient Activities:Implemented a new feature of the activities providing a comprehensive view of patient related interactions in the patient’s profile page.

Health Record Activities: Newly added users can now view the list of health records of the patient in their profile page.Added health records activities module to provide a detailed view of who’s interacting with patient’s health record data.
