At 75Health, we are always looking for ways to simplify your workflow and enhance patient care. Our latest feature takes patient intake to the next level, making it easier than ever to connect with new patients seamlessly.
What is Patient Intake?
Patient intake is the process of collecting essential information from patients before their appointment. This typically includes personal details, medical history, and reason for the visit. Traditionally, this process required paperwork and manual data entry, but with 75Health, we’ve made it completely digital and automated!
How the New Patient Intake Works
With our streamlined intake process, patients can now book appointments effortlessly and get connected with the right healthcare provider in just a few steps.
Step 1: Visit the 75Health Website
- Go to the Services section and select the Patient option.
- Choose from Find a Doctor, Find a Clinic, or Find a Specialty to locate the right healthcare professional.
Note: Only doctors registered on the 75Health platform will be displayed.
Step 2: Select a Doctor
- Once you find a doctor or clinic, select the doctor you want to visit by clicking the radio button next and click the request appointment button.
Step 3: Book an Appointment
- Select a date and time slot that fits your schedule.
- Choose the appointment type.
- Select the visit type.
Step 4: Fill Out the Intake Form
- Enter your details, including:
- First Name & Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Email ID & Phone Number
- Visit Reason
Step 5: Confirmation & Account Setup
- After submitting the form, a pop-up message will confirm the appointment request.
- For New Patients: Credentials for a new 75Health user account will be provided.
- For Existing Patients: A message confirms that the appointment request has been successfully submitted.
This hassle-free process eliminates manual data entry, speeds up patient onboarding, and ensures a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
