Here’s what’s new to enhance and simplify your EHR experience.

• Reports: Four new reports were added to give you easy access to detailed, organized data, helping streamline patient care and improve decision-making. Here they are:

1. Appointment Details: Access comprehensive appointment details, including doctor name, patient name, appointment type, reason for visit, appointment time, and status—all in one place!
2. Appointment Summary: This feature offers a quick overview of your appointments, including scheduled, completed, and unattended appointments.
3. Visit Summary: This feature provides a concise overview of each visit, including patient details, visit reason, and visit type.
4. Billing Report: This feature provides a detailed overview of all billing transactions, including invoice ID, patient name, payment date, payment mode, charged amount, and paid amount for easy tracking and management of your finances.

• Billing Receipts Download: Download your subscription payment billing receipts to track all your payment records effortlessly.

• View EHR Option: We offer two distinct EHR viewing options. In the settings, you can enable the View All EHR option, which provides complete access to a patient’s visit history and records. If this option is not enabled, you will only be able to view the details of the most recent visit.

• File Upload: Now patients can also upload diagnosis reports, making the physical examination process more efficient!
