Here’s a quick look at how to use this feature:
Actually, there are two simple ways for patients to share their feedback:
Method 1:
After the visit, gently remind patients that they can easily provide feedback by signing into their profile.
- Once signed in, patients will find a Feedback option in the left-side menu—just a click away!
- Patients can then share their experience, offering you valuable insights that empower you to continually refine their care experience.
Method 2:
Alternatively, after the final step of their visit, patients will automatically receive an email invitation to share their feedback. They can submit their experience directly through the email, making it even more convenient.
Once feedback is submitted, it becomes accessible to the organization:
- To view feedback, simply go to Settings, select Hospital Management, and then choose Patient Feedback. Here, you’ll find a complete list of submitted feedback, ready to inform improvements.
By gathering patient perspectives, you’re not only enhancing care quality but also building a practice centered on patient satisfaction and continuous improvement!
