At 75Health, we understand this anxiety. We put ourselves in our clients’ shoes, ensuring that every decision we make about our EHR system is centered around trust and security. Our goal is to make your experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.
In this blog, we’ll explore the payment gateways and methods supported by our EHR system, ensuring you can trust that your transactions are both secure and hassle-free.
Supported Payment Gateways
We currently support the following payment gateways:
- Stripe
- Amazon Pay
- Razorpay
Payment Methods
- Recurring Scheduled Payments:
Available only through Stripe.
These payments can be made using credit or debit cards.
- Simply enter your card number, CVV, and expiry date during your first payment.
- Your card details will be securely registered.
- Subsequent monthly subscription payments will be processed automatically.
- One-Time Payments:
Amazon Pay: Supported for the US and other regions.
- Simply select the Amazon Pay option and complete your payment.
Razorpay: Supported for Indian users.
Razorpay supports multiple payment methods, including:
- UPI
- Credit and Debit Cards
- Netbanking
- Wallets
- Pay Later
Choose the option that suits you best and complete your payment with ease.
Acknowledgment and Tracking
- Once a payment is successfully processed, users will receive an acknowledgment email with the payment receipt.
- To track payments, users can:
- Go to Settings.
- Click on Payments.
- View payment history and download receipts as needed.
