How Queue Management Works in 75Health EHR
It all starts with appointment booking.
Booking an Appointment

Once an appointment is booked, the Queue Management System operates in two views:
✅ Admin/Front Desk User View (Organization Side)
✅ Patient View
Let’s break it down:
Admin/Front Desk User View
1️⃣ Accessing the Queue
- Once an appointment is booked, access the Queue Menu at the top.
- Admins/front desk users can search for a doctor’s name to view all appointments scheduled for that doctor on the current day.
Note: The queue only displays same-day appointments.
2️⃣ Viewing Patient Queue
The dashboard displays:
🔹 Patient Name
🔹 Token Number
🔹 Appointment Time
🔹 Waiting Time & Expected Time
🔹 Status – (Waiting, In Progress, Completed)
3️⃣ Real-Time Status Updates
- When a doctor opens a patient’s EHR, the status changes from Waiting to In Progress.
- Once the consultation is done, the doctor marks the EHR as completed, automatically updating the queue status to Completed.
- For cases requiring further steps (e.g., lab tests), the doctor may save the EHR as a draft instead of marking it as completed.
- Regardless of whether the EHR is completed or saved as a draft, once the doctor closes the current patient’s EHR and opens the next one, the previous patient’s status automatically updates to “Completed” in the queue.
Patient View on Queue Management
Patients should be able to see the queue status in real-time. When they log in, their dashboard displays:
✅ Your token number
✅ Current in-progress token number
✅ Estimated waiting time
This ensures patients stay informed and stress-free while waiting for their turn.
